County Express E-mail Service

In partnership with the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), Courtel electronically distributes District and Circuit Judges lists from the County Courts of all 7 regions in England & Wales.

In the current environment of financial constraint, the MoJ seeks to reduce time demands on hard-pressed court staff without sacrificing real time list availability for court users.

Courtel's highly resilient digital network and bespoke software applications have been specifically tailored to provide just such a reliable, partnered service.

We process and republish the lists described below, in a digital format that is easy-to-handle, cross-reference and store and deliver these to County Express Service subscribers. Lists are sent by email moments after they are published by each court.

  • County Express Service

    This consists of the County Court Circuit Judges and District Judges lists offering, but not exhaustively, bankruptcy and winding up, civil, family, costs, enforcement and insolvency, small claims, possession proceedings, fast track, family, ancillary relief and interim applications. The lists are delivered by email, where participating County Courts (or district registries of the High Court) issue them.

    Price: £40 a year per court.
